Live into the answers: A Q and A series

This weeks's question:
In order to find yourself, are you willing to lose yourself?
Mrs. Jones: To me this question means that you have to 'unlearn' everything you're familiar with. Lose your habits. Forgo those security blankets - good and bad. Hit the reset button and start again. I pray that should that day ever come I have the strength and courage to lose myself. . . Not that I claim to have all of my life answers right now but I don't feel completely lost either.

I loved my cousins response. She said it reminded her of this quote:
"Any transition serious enough to alter your definition of self will require not just small adjustments in your way of living and thinking but a full-on metamorphosis."

What say you?
